Eines der ältesten GTD-Tools ist auf dem Mac die Software Inbox von Midnight Beep Software. Wie ich gerade auf dem “The Midnight Beep blog” gelesen habe, ist Version 2 von Inbox in der Entwicklung.

Publish your Inbox projects, contexts, or references to iCal or other Leopard calendar compatible applications.

Case Tracking

Inbox extends the GTD methodology with case tracking tickets and file and item numbering, making Inbox a great project management and case tracking application. The history of everything in Inbox is kept from creation to completion allowing you to easily see how something has developed and changed. File and item numbering can be used for labels in the real world for quick and reliable reference.

Midnight Beep Softworks is also developing Inbox for the iPhone and iPod Touch. More than just to-do lists to go, the iPhone version of Inbox will allow you to process your collections and review your project and reference lists to truly get things done on the go.

Vor allem die Verbindung mit dem iPhone wäre für mich ein sofortiger Kaufgrund. Sobald eine Beta von Inbox für den Mac und / oder für das iPhone da ist, werde ich einen Test machen und darüber schreiben.
